Some of our activities related to dairy and baby food products, and meat products, are:
- Molecular traceability of Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella enterica and Cronobacter spp. in the food production environment using whole genome sequencing.
- Effect of disinfectants used in the food industry on planktonic cells and biofilms of Listeria monocytogenes and Salmonella enterica.
